A night of incredible poetry! Join me as I launch my debut poetry collection, Dark Nights into Brighter Days, alongside four amazing poets!
Dark Nights into Brighter Days is about my own personal journey through mental health. Mental health affects one in four of us, yet there is still a stigma surrounding it, and many of us find it hard to reach out for help. This collection hopes to show what it’s like to be affected by mental health and that there is always help out there. Help which you should never be ashamed to ask for.
Entry to the event is free and doors open at 6pm for a 6:30pm start.
